Meet Kelly

As the Founder and Broker of Hawk & Key, Kelly Hawk brings more than a decade of real estate experience and a deep connection to the Atlanta community. Having lived in the metro Atlanta area for over 30 years and intown Atlanta since 2008, she offers clients an insider's perspective on the neighborhoods, character, and lifestyle that make Atlanta unique.

Kelly's real estate career began in 2013, where she built extensive expertise in contracts, transactions, marketing, and client service. Throughout her career, she has guided buyers and sellers through every stage of the process, earning a reputation for being knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and fiercely dedicated to her clients' success. She understands that buying or selling a home is one of life's biggest decisions, and she is committed to making the experience as smooth, transparent, and stress-free as possible.

A graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Kelly's professional path has been anything but ordinary. After college, she attended the French Culinary Institute in New York to study pastry arts before returning to Atlanta to manage several intown restaurants and a bakery. The customer service, leadership, and attention to detail she developed during those years continue to shape the way she serves her real estate clients today.

Kelly has a particular passion for Atlanta's intown neighborhoods, including Kirkwood, Decatur, Grant Park, East Atlanta, Ormewood Park, Reynoldstown, Inman Park, Cabbagetown, and beyond. Whether helping first-time buyers, seasoned homeowners, or investors, she believes real estate is about more than a transaction—it's about helping people find the right place to build their lives.

When she's not helping clients, Kelly enjoys exploring Atlanta's neighborhoods, discovering local restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Matt, and their lovable gremlin of a dog, Punky Brewster.
